Tools for monitoring air quality, odors and dust

Stations and monitoring quality tools and Air are the result of a major research and field testing.
At the versatility and reliability of the sensory analyzers (Electronic Nose Pen3 and the new Olfosense of AIRSENSE), plus the most advanced communications technology and integration of systems available today and allow very precise management of the system, a complete operational flexibility and the creation of reliable monitoring networks.

In detail the products for air monitoring are:

  • PM x – continuous measurement of dust
  • Olfosense – continuous measurement odors OU
  • Olfosense plus – continuous measurement of odors, VOCs, NH3, H2S
  • Pen3 – measurement and recognition of odors
  • Stations combined for continuous monitoring
    • PM x / Weather
    • PM x / Olfo Weather
    • PM x / Gas
    • Pen3 – Weather Station
    • Pen3 / PM x / Weather

The weather system (wind direction and speed) collects instantaneous data of the wind situation at the time of the sensory electronic analyzer data recording.
A mini-PC, designed specifically, collects data in a database and processes it is making them available for further processing for both real-time queries and for alarm communications.
The sensory analyzer (electronic nose) and PM x carry out the measures according to preset modes, operator editable electronically with both the WiFi connection, both via the Internet.

All the measured data and those in the process of detection can be displayed, analyzed and processed with a complete operational flexibility that reduces operating times and therefore the costs, enabling remote management of the station’s instrumentation also shared between multiple operators.
The correlation between the weather data, data from the Pen3 x and PM make possible the creation of a real scenery of odor dispersion and dust, the contamination area and the waiting time to return to a normal situation.
The systems on board are protected from power surges and momentary lack of current, in order to make the system reliable and increase operational efficiency.

Results:

  • Control of origin, dispersion and residence time on the territory of even a single component odorous
  • Evaluation of the efficiency of abatement systems (eg. biofilters)
  • Monitoring of air quality
